To me it's a phrase that describes an unlikely relationship between sworn enemies such as a gull and a worm...."A flopflip relationship"
'Flop Flip Cartoon Strip'...it even rhymes!
What finally sold it to me was that it sounds great in an American accent..."Flarp Flip".
